National Assessor – TAKAMOL SVP

In collaboration with Takamol Skills Verification Program (SVP), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. NAVTTC invites applications for registration as National Assessors under the Skills Verification Program for Pakistani skilled workforce proceeding to KSA.

Competency-based assessments & practical evaluations in approved trades at SVP-accredited centers across Pakistan.

NAVTTC – TAKAMOL Skills Verification Program (SVP)

This initiative is part of NAVTTC’s NVQF-aligned National Assessor Licensing Regime aimed at strengthening competency-based assessment and certification systems for national and international workforce mobility. National Assessors shall conduct competency-based assessments and practical evaluations in approved trades at SVP-accredited assessment centers across Pakistan and may be engaged by NAVTTC, Takamol-SVP, and NAVTTC-authorized QAIBs.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (as per NAVTTC EOI)

Qualification & Experience Requirements

Trade Type Educational Qualification Experience Additional Mandatory
Technical & Non-Technical (All except Driving) Preferred Bachelor in relevant field / Engineering / DAE / Diploma Trade Certification 3 years relevant industry experience
OR 4 years relevant experience (depending on qualification)
If qualification not directly relevant: Trade specific RPL with min 5 years relevant experience
Driving Trades Preferred Bachelor/DAE (Mechanical) OR Intermediate or equivalent 2 years (Bachelor/DAE) OR 3 years (Intermediate) relevant experience Valid relevant driving license (mandatory)

General Requirements

  • Strong practical knowledge and competency in relevant trade
  • Basic computer skills for conducting computer-based theory tests in SVP
  • Good communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to conduct fair, transparent, and competency-based assessments
  • Preference: Prior experience in assessment, TVET, vocational training, or industry

Preference & Licensing

Candidates having prior experience in assessment, TVET, vocational training, or industry will be preferred. Upon successful completion of CBT&A (Competency-Based Training & Assessment), candidates become eligible for issuance of a National Assessor License, valid for three (03) years under NAVTTC’s Assessor Licensing Framework.

Competency Screening

Eligible applicants undergo trade-specific competency screening assessment/test.

CBT&A Training

Mandatory Competency-Based Training & Assessment on assessment methodology. Successful completion leads to National Assessor License.

  • Registration and licensing do not guarantee engagement, deployment, or minimum assessment assignments.
  • Applicants may apply only in trades relevant to their qualifications and documented experience.
  • NAVTTC reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
  • Submission of false information/documents shall result in disqualification.
  • Any proven misconduct, malpractice, fraudulent activity, or violation of assessment protocols may result in suspension, cancellation, or blacklisting of the National Assessor License.
  • Selected assessors may be required to use approved digital assessment and reporting systems as per NAVTTC/SVP requirements.

What is the SVP (Skills Verification Program) for Saudi Arabia?
